AmPac Tri State CDC is a Certified Development Company of the U.S. Small Business Administration developed as a non-profit corporation to provide SBA 504 loans to new and growing California businesses seeking fixed rate long-term financing with below market interest rates. AmPac Tri State CDC has been established to
serve California small businesses, as well as joining President's Bush
efforts to reach faith-based and community groups.
AmPac is a unique CDC in that its board and membership is comprised of financing professionals experienced in turning around companies and investing in new ideas and cutting edge innovation. AmPac has established a Pastor's Advisory Committee that meets with staff and Board to assist the CDC in addressing faith-based and community needs in the state of California.
AmPac is a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO).
